Dave has nurtured a love of IT and electronics since childhood. He studied IT at college, then started working as a computer programmer with a small company based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. With a strong background in IT, computers and computer networks, Dave joined SEP Telecom Solutions in January 2007, bringing with him up-to-date technical expertise. Dave operates mainly on site analysing customers' requirements, surveying, installing phone systems, running cable, as well as ensuring our customers are fully trained on the equipment we install for them.
As well as being a fast learner, Dave has a strong customer focus, taking the main customer liaison role within the company and paying particular attention to and understanding the importance of the correct telephone system configuration for each individual customer.
When not hard at work, Dave's hobbies of computing and web design still reflect his IT background. If you want an example of his handy work, you're looking at it! On the odd occasion when he's not messing about with phones and computers, you'll find him at the cinema, dining out or hurtling around on a rollercoaster!
